金瓜寮魚蕨步道就是沿著金瓜寮溪鋪設，全長約2公里多，漫步而行走完全程大約1.5小時，沿途峽谷、淺灘、溪流蜿蜒、林木鬱鬱，尤其美麗板根的筆筒樹、豐富的蕨類、整片的杉林，充滿天然生態和野趣，步道整理及維護得很好，而且落差非常小，適合一家老小林蔭散心、淺灘嬉水。 重點是交通便利，我們在新店坐客運走5號公路下坪林，換免費接駁車（假日20分班），從出發到步道入口約1小時，因此這條步道幾乎成了我家的後花園，一年裡總會...
